Shelly has almost 40 years’ experience in accounting, finance, and corporate tax. Her background includes accounting, financial forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio acquisition analysis.
After Shelly joined Allegiance Financial Group in 2004, she served as a Sr. Business Group Financial Analyst for Farm Credit Leasing where she was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, spread analysis, and financial analysis for portfolio purchases and sales. Before this, Shelly worked as a Sr. Corporate Tax Specialist at KPMG, and as a consultant for International Decision Systems, providing project management services, including portfolio conversions and new customer implementations. Shelly also served as a corporate controller for a start-up leasing company where she served as a Controller with responsibilities including financial reporting and S.E.C compliance reporting.
