Tom began his career with Allegiance Financial Group in 2014. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration- Finance.
Tom then continued postgraduate studies at The University of St. Thomas, where he received his Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics, and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree.
